WEDDING COORDINATING

1. GETTING STARTED

Once you’re officially an “Ever After Event Planning” Bride, we will “Save the Date” for your wedding and tentatively schedule our planning meeting that will take place 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day.

2. THE PLANNING MEETING

It’s almost time for your wedding day! The vendors have been selected and plans are being finalized. That means that it’s time for us to meet in person. You’ve put in so much time and effort creating this special event, and now it’s time for me to gather all of the details I need in order to execute your plans and allow you to be completely present and enjoy your wedding day free from planning and logistics. We will go through every detail of the event and outline your wedding day timeline and discuss ceremony details.

3. EVENT MANAGEMENT

After the planning meeting, I will create a timeline, contact the vendors to confirm the services being provided, coordinate with the venue, and be available to you for any last minute questions or details that need to be attended to.

4. DAY-OF-COORDINATION

It’s time to put all of these plans into motion! I will be on-site from beginning to end to ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan, as well as handle any unforeseen circumstances that might arise. I will gently lead you through each moment of the day, allowing you and your family to be present and enjoy this once in a lifetime day, knowing that everything is being taken care of.

Event planning services for your private or corporate events will be handled differently than weddings. We will discuss your event and planning needs and determine the level of service you will require.
